Route 66 Sporting Goods, Inc. wants our customers to be satisfied with every purchase they make. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make every effort to exchange, replace your item or provide a refund once the guidelines are met. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt and Route 66 Sporting Goods approval.

RETURNABLE ITEMS GUIDLINES:
- ALL returns must have original receipt or invoice
- ALL returns must have been purchased within the last 30 days
- Items must be in new and unused condition
- Items must have original packaging, tags attached, all parts and manuals
- You must call or email to get approval for return
- You must include the reason for return
- Be sure to state if requesting exchange, replacement or refund
- Refunds will only be applied to the original Credit Card that was charged or gift card used
- Bring or send a copy of a Valid Photo ID
- We do not refund freight/shipping -unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment
- We do not accept C.O.D returns
- Once approval number is issued, items can be returned by UPS, Fed EX or USPS
- Items found to be defective after the 30 days must be returned directly to the manufacturer
- Items returned within the guidelines, accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original item price. If the item is currently on sale or part of a promotion you will be refunded at that price plus any applicable sales tax.
- If you prefer we send a return label, your refund will reflect a fee of $20 for the return freight Larger/heavy weight items- the fee may vary
You may return your item directly to our store or return by mail. Be sure you have met the guidelines listed above.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
